Pinspiration: DIY Waterbottles

Pulling out the scrapbook paper, cutting board, and packaging tape to create color coordinating water bottle labels for the bridal shower had Justin puzzled that I would honestly take time to remove perfectly good labels to consequently add new ones. Boys, they just don’t get it sometimes! 🙂  Was this necessary?  Absolutely not!  However, I must say this creative venture simply took a handful of minutes with zero talent required and yet provided a visually nice addition to the party.  In the end it is the small details in life that combine together to create the larger beautiful picture.

Need:

pretty scrapbook paper
packaging tape
scissors

Directions:

Simply remove the original water bottle label, measure and cut the scrapbook paper (I cut mine at 1 1/2″ wide by 12″ long and got seven strips from each 12″x12″ page), and apply in a straight line with the packaging tape.  Viola!  Simple and easy to do in any pattern, color, texture, or size for any type of get together from holidays, birthdays, barbeques, weddings, or showers.
