Peplum Floral for Date Night

Floral_Peplum-7Taking this floral peplum top from daytime errands to date night fun was as simple as swapping out easy basics for brighter, bolder accents in the form of hot pink pants, glitzy jewelry, and lipstick. Adding a black clutch and strappy black heels toughened up the floral print, amped up the sexy, and made me taller (always a plus). So which look do you prefer: daytime or date night? P.S. These Old Navy jeans come in tons of colors and are on sale for $19 in stores and online (originally $34.50)!

Also, I’m really jazzed about my first BaubleBar purchase consisting of the necklace pictured and this one. I was not expecting them to come with their own individual velvet storage case (perfect for travel) and they looked exactly as they were pictured on the website! What more could a girl ask for? Now I just have to decide what to get next. Have you ever purchased anything from BaubleBar? What did you think? Have any favorite pieces that I should definitely add to my collection?     • Seriously, right? $19 is such an amazing price and the quality is great! I’ve had them for over a year now and the color hasn’t faded and the fabric holds up even through all the washes! Definitely recommend them! What’s your favorite shade of colored denim?

    • So I went to Old Navy yesterday…wish I was bold enough for the bright patterned crazy theme jeans but they just did not go right. I like the style but it doesn’t look good on me is what I mean. I did settle for bright solid pink shorts (almost like your color of denims) and a bright blue pair. 😀 Otherwise, I have been trying to find the bright aqua or purple denim, just plain. I would love to add those to my closet. 🙂 Especially the purple! I am going to have to keep looking til I find a pair that fits (not big fan of jean shopping LOL).

    • I have to admit that the pairs at ON with like sea-horses and such on them were so tempting but it is not me…like I am not a beach girl so I stayed with plain bold colors which I am loving! Look for an email soon.
