Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom named their son Flynn so I feel the four of us have a special unspoken bond that automatically forms when someone steals your last name, deems it fit for a first name, and then makes it famous. Since she stole my name, I’m stealing her style. All I need now is an adorable little boy to prop on my hip (anyone have one I can borrow?), an easy fishtail braid, and somewhere to go. Sounds easy enough, right? Try to stay cool and have a relaxing weekend everyone!
Graphic sweaters adorning illustrations of patterns, animals, pictures, and colorblocking were seen on the fall runways and are now gracing the shelves at stores near you. Bringing back the 80s along with your childhood memories of sporting Mickey Mouse sweaters, these quirky printed sweaters receive a modern update and are chic when paired with jeans and oxfords or a pencil skirt and pumps.
Both these sweaters come from two of my favorite stores, but can you guess which one has a price-tag of $90 and which is a steal at $23? Leave a comment below with your vote or on my Facebook Page (here) and check back tomorrow for the reveal of the actual prices! Will you make a statement with a graphic sweater this fall? How will you style it?
Which of these sweaters will steal your heart by saving you money on this fall graphic sweater trend? The sweater on the right is from Target and can be yours for only $22.99 whereas the sweater on the left is from J.Crew for $90! It is actually sold out at the moment, but you can find other J.Crew heart sweaters here in green/pink or here in white/navy via Net-A-Porter. You decide, $90 or $23?
The black maxi dress is a summer staple for numerous reasons. One, it is flattering, slimming, and oh so comfortable. Two, it goes with absolutely anything and everything. Three, it can be accessorized for a casual day of brunch and the market or for a night on the town for dinner and drinks with girlfriends or that special someone in your life. How do you wear your maxi dress in the summer?
My goal for summer shopping: INVEST in classic pieces and ADD color and prints to my wardrobe (no more black or grey). What’s at the top of your summer wish list? Am I missing any key summer items that you recommend I add?
I am seriously lusting over this LWD (little white dress) from Target’s Webster Collection for its classic front, flirty cut out back, cinched waist, and versatility. Do you rock the LWD in summer? Which look is your favorite?
